IT

The IT Section is responsible for the operation, development and management of NIVA’s IT infrastructure, digital tools and user support. We help ensure that staff have access to secure and efficient solutions that support the institute’s research and operations.

Among other things, the section manages IT equipment, software, document management, networks, security solutions, video conferencing solutions and digital workspaces. We offer user support and advice, and are constantly working to develop and improve NIVA’s digital services.

Our staff have expertise in IT operations, systems management, information security, user support and digitalisation. We work closely with research sections and support functions to ensure that technology and digital solutions meet the organisation’s needs both now and in the future.
